What the RUA Is

Method 1: From Your Current ADM Casino
- Log into your account at the casino
- Go to account settings → Responsible Gambling or Self-Exclusion
- Select "RUA Self-Exclusion"
- Choose the period
- Confirm with password or SMS code
- The casino reports the exclusion to ADM → all ADM casinos apply it within a few hours

- Fill out the self-exclusion form
- Choose duration and confirm
- Receive confirmation by email/PEC

What Happens After Activation
- Access blocked: no login on any ADM casino

- Remaining balance: refunded to the payment method within 3-5 business days

- Bonuses and promotions: zeroed and not reactivatable
Does Self-Exclusion Also Cover Physical Slots?
The RUA covers online gambling at ADM casinos. For exclusion from physical gambling (slot halls, VLTs in bars, bingo halls) there is a separate procedure through ADM — you can combine them. Ask the ADM toll-free number to also activate the block on physical gambling.
If the Casino Does Not Respect the Self-Exclusion
