The Three Phases
1. Qualification
Spin the three-ring wheel: you must align the golden segments to qualify for the round. You can choose between three difficulty/cost levels — the more you pay, the easier to qualify and the higher the values in the briefcases.
2. Boost
Once qualified, you have the chance to boost the value of the top briefcase with additional wheel spins.
3. The Briefcase Game
16 briefcases with known values but secret positions. Each round some are opened: the revealed values leave the board. The Banker makes an offer after each round: Deal (accept and cash in) or No Deal (continue, hoping the high briefcases stay in play).
How the Banker Reasons
The offer is calculated on the expected value of the remaining briefcases, discounted by a margin that decreases as the rounds progress. At the start the offers are conservative (60-70% of the expected value), toward the end they approach full value. Accepting early is statistically unfavorable; the equilibrium point comes in the last rounds.

The tracker shows the round results: values won, frequency of Deal vs No Deal to the end and win distribution. Interesting for understanding how often "holding out" really paid off compared to accepting the offer.
Practical Tips
The real cost of the game is in the qualification phase: calculate how much you spend on average to reach the board. Once inside, reason about expected value: if the Banker's offer exceeds the arithmetic mean of the remaining briefcases, the Deal is mathematically worthwhile.
